With gentle curiosity we can learn what is required from us in order to grow a continuous awareness. By researching how we are as we move through the tasks and situations of a day, we can learn a practice that is flexible, sustainable and ideal for the gestation of the deepest insights into love and realisation. Bring a patient, passionate interest and prepare to be turned gently inside out.
During this four-day retreat, you will be asked to participate in three days of work. One day will be dedicated to meditation.
Retreatants on this retreat are making an important contribution to the maintenance and running of Gaia House. A great deal of planning goes into creating the programme of work taking into account the number of people who have booked. If you have booked a place on this retreat and are not able to take it up, please let Reception know as soon as possible so that we can offer your place to someone else.
