Allowing the busyness of daily life to fall away, we can begin to rest gently in a spacious awareness of what is.
The silence, sitting and walking of Insight Meditation and the standing and movement of Qi Gong are seamlessly woven together into a form that invites us to gently explore the ways in which we define and limit ourselves. From this, insight can effortlessly arise into our true nature and free us to live in a wiser and more compassionate relationship with ourselves and the world.
This retreat is suitable for all levels of experience and health.
