As an old building with listed status, Gaia House needs investment to reduce its carbon footprint and to maintain it in as efficient and environmentally friendly a way as possible. The Green Environment Development Fund was created for this purpose, specifically to tackle areas where Gaia House can be made more energy-efficient.
