The General Fund has been set up to finance maintenance and improvements to the facilities, house and grounds at Gaia House. The standard rate for retreats covers only the essential day to day running costs of Gaia House, including food, heating, administration and our ongoing maintenance overheads.
A large, old building like Gaia House needs continual maintenance and investment to bring it up to the standard of modern regulations and expectations. Essential upgrading and major improvements to the house and grounds have, in the past, been made possible through the remarkable generosity of people worldwide.
Any support you can give to the General Fund is greatly appreciated. Your donations will help us to maintain the comfort, beauty and simplicity of Gaia House and will also help to keep the daily rate for retreats as low as possible.
