In the same way that Buddha found a liberating response to his existential crisis, this retreat will support each of us in finding our own creative engagement with Dharma practice, and with the delights and the difficulties of our lives. We will look together into our human experience, learning from the way our life unfolds in each moment, and the ways it can open up. We will discover together how to meet life more fully, more fluidly, more freely.
Martin will be assisted by Wiebke Pausch.
