This retreat is open to those currently applying or intending to apply mindfulness in their professional lives.
The talks and instructions will focus on the origins of mindfulness and the place of those origins in MBCT/MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy/Stress Reduction) programmes.
It will not be teaching clinical skills but is an opportunity for a direct, experiential exploration of mindfulness in Insight Meditation.
