In this retreat we will practice silent and dialogic meditation, based on an interpersonal understanding of the Dharma.
The world springs into being when we become intimate with the nature of contact. A beautiful and natural continuity of mindfulness can arise as the result of attention to each and every moment of contact, personal or interpersonal. Such mindfulness can open the door to non-grasping, understanding and compassion.
Prior meditation experience required.
